City Council
The Wayne City Council will consider approving an emergency demolition of the vacant commercial building at 35128 W. Michigan Ave, citing Ordinances 1472.03 and 1472.04. The Building & Engineering Department recommends Inner City Contracting of Detroit for the $89,000 demolition contract, to be paid from the General Fund/Building and Engineering. Approval is subject to a contract acceptable to the City and the vendor.

City Council

City Council
