ZBA to decide on parking setback variance at 47 W. Center St
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing and decide on a variance request to reduce the required 25-foot separation between a parking entrance/exit and a residential district to 5 feet at 47 W. Center St. The board will also consider a staff interpretation that no variance is needed for a related driveway-building separation requirement, or if it disagrees, whether to grant a variance. The meeting includes approval of the March 24, 2026 minutes.
