Planning Commission
The Kechi Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on a variance request by Matt Fellows to reduce the front yard setback to zero feet and increase the south side yard setback to 35 feet on a C-2 zoned property at 1410 feet north of Kechi Rd on Oliver St. The commission will also discuss the Kechi 2040 Comprehensive Plan and zoning regulations, and review two pending items from Kechi Corner LLC that remain on hold or recessed.

City Council
