Lititz Borough Council will vote on Ordinance 626 updating solicitation rules, Resolution 1037 for 2026 Moravian Manor financing, and Resolution 1038 setting public works fees. Parks Committee
The Lititz Borough Parks Committee will hold a regular meeting covering approval of prior minutes and staff updates on Memorial Park, the Rail Trail, and police signage at parks. The committee will discuss Lititz Parks Standards and conduct a walking tour of Spruce Street Park. Public comment will be heard.

Historic Area Advisory Committee
The Historic Area Advisory Committee will review and decide on a request for new signage in semi-hidden locations and sidewalk barriers/planter boxes to contain outdoor seating at 27-31 E Main Street. A site meeting was held on June 15, 2026, prior to the decision meeting.

Shade Tree Commission
The Lititz Borough Shade Tree Commission will meet on June 11, 2026, to approve prior meeting minutes and discuss several ongoing projects. Key items include updates on the Front Street Tree Project and tree protection measures related to the W Main Street Water Main Project and paving. The commission will also review the approved shade tree list and consider public participation in the shade tree inventory.

Zoning Hearing Board
The Zoning Hearing Board will decide on two requests: a 6-month extension for a mixed-use restaurant/hotel project at 102/104 N Broad Street, and a special exception for low-impact retail and business signage at 243 S Broad Street in a residential zone.

Historic Area Advisory Committee
The Lititz Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on May 18, 2026, to consider Case #1904 for 243 S Broad Street. The applicant seeks a Special Exception to allow a low-impact retail/commercial use in an R2 Residential District and to display business signage. The board will also approve minutes from March 2026 and conduct procedural items.

Planning Commission
The Lititz Borough Planning Commission will consider a revised land development plan for the Cargill Small Building Addition and two resubmissions for the Warwick Woodlands subdivision. Borough Council
Lititz Borough Council will discuss and potentially vote on Resolution 1034 supporting community solar, presented by Third Act. The council will also consider a police e-bike sponsorship, release of Officer Giovenco from probationary status, and two stormwater agreements (213 and 208 E. Sixth Street). Lititz Borough Authority
The Lititz Borough Authority will discuss a 2.5% sewer rate increase for the March 10, 2026 billing period, along with a rate study presentation. Other business includes an audit review of Joint Sewer Services, the 2025 flow reconciliation report, and acceptance of a conveyor bid. The board will also consider the Inframark contract operations report and MS4 items.

Parks Committee
The Lititz Borough Parks Committee will review the skate park and hear staff updates on lawn treatments, the memorial lot (Phase 1 and American 250PA Veterans Flags), the summer playground, and the Runabout Line/Rail Trail.
