Zoning Hearing Board (1st Wednesday of every month, 7:00 pm)
The Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on a dimensional variance to erect a two-sided billboard on Route 286 Golden Mile Highway near a conservancy district. Additionally, they will consider two special exception requests to raise up to four hens each at 504 Shumaker Drive and 410 Brunner Drive. A withdrawn application by the same billboard applicant is noted. The board will also reorganize and approve minutes from December 3, 2025.
