Plan Commission
The Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on a conditional use permit for a home occupation (metal fabrication) at 3130 Plover Road. They will also review a site plan for a 24-lot expansion of the Plover Pine Village Mobile Home Community at 2501 Forest Drive. Additionally, they will discuss the results of a housing community survey.

Park Development Committee
The Parks Development Committee will discuss setting a regular meeting schedule, receive updates on the Pacawa Christmas Walk (Nov 27–Jan 2), and review new park signage options with costs ranging from $3,000 to $6,200 per sign for 18–22 signs. They will also hear a report on the Dan R Mahoney Conservancy driveway and parking lot, which is already installed with paving scheduled later this summer. Additional reports from the Public Works Manager cover Freedom Fest, exercise equipment, and disc golf improvements.

Village Board of Review
The Village Board of Review will meet to receive the 2026 assessment roll, consider waiver requests, and hear formal objections to property assessments. A specific correction for 1120 Meridian Dr (Tax Key 173-23-0811-04.39) is on the agenda. The board will also affirm policies for testimony and hearing waivers.

Joint Review Board
The Joint Review Board will meet to review annual reports and updates for Tax Incremental Districts No. 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, as required by state statute. The board will also reaffirm or elect a chairperson and public member, approve prior meeting minutes, and hear public comment. No new district creations or expansions are on the agenda; the review is procedural and informational.

Utility Committee
The Water/Wastewater Utility Committee will discuss and possibly take action on the 2025 Wastewater Treatment Facility Compliance Maintenance Annual Report, two Wastewater Utility budget amendments (UV system replacement and Neuros Blower Harmonic Filter replacements), and an Engineering Services Agreement for Water System Improvements. The committee will also approve vouchers and village project change orders.

Plover Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (PACVB)
The Plover Area Convention and Visitors Bureau will meet on June 3, 2026, at the Plover Municipal Center. The agenda is procedural boilerplate and lists only a motion to enter a closed session under Wisconsin law to review personnel and compensation records for the Executive Director position. No public business or policy decisions are scheduled.

Village Board

Police & Fire Commission

Village Board
