Legislation & Permits Committee
The Legislation & Permits Committee will discuss and possibly act on a new Class B beer and liquor license application for Corner Stone Pub at 1435 Rawson Avenue. They will also consider requests to amend the 2026 Common Council calendar, temporarily waive a municipal code to allow extended food/drink hours in a pedlet for a June 25 event, and approve a temporary extension of licensed premises for Moran's Pub for a July 1 event. Additionally, the committee will consider granting temporary authority to the City Clerk to approve further temporary extensions for Moran's Pub during FIFA World Cup 2026.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee will discuss several staff authorizations, including a grant outreach program with the Wisconsin DNR and a professional services agreement with Innovative Public Advisors for up to $120,571. It will also consider a resolution to reimburse borrowing costs for Project 4907-19, a purchase of a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado work truck for $73,877.09, and a vehicle purchase agreement for three 2025 Battle Motors refuse trucks. A presentation on the 2027 budget calendar will be included.

Common Council
The Common Council will consider authorizing a lead service line replacement community outreach grant agreement with the Wisconsin DNR and a professional services contract with Innovative Public Advisors not to exceed $120,571. Other actions include purchasing a work truck for $73,877.09, selling three refuse vehicles to Johns Disposal Service, approving a liquor license for Corner Stone Pub, and discussing a city-wide housing study for up to $19,850.

Library Board

Housing Authority of the City of South Milwaukee
The Housing Authority holds a public hearing on its 5-Year and Annual PHA Plans, followed by a board meeting. Commissioners will vote on Resolution 26-01 to accept and utilize 2026 Capital Funds and Resolution 26-02 approving the Annual PHA Plan and Five-Year Capital Improvements work plan.

Civic Grants Commission

Police & Fire Commission

Common Council
The Common Council will consider an ordinance changing private sanitary sewer lateral ownership and abandonment rules. Library Board

Plan Commission
The Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Chapter 15 (Zoning Code) covering building height, accessory setbacks, business signage, driveways/parking, and stormwater regulations.
