City Council to vote on hotel development amendment and liquor license transfer

The Amery Common Council will consider granting a Class B fermented malt beverage and Class B liquor license to Juniors Kitchen LLC for the premises at 110 Keller Ave N. The council will also vote on the First Amendment to the Hotel Development Agreement, which adds the Ronald L. 1 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS February 10, 2026 The Amery Public Safety Committee met on February 10, 2026 , at the Amery City Center . The meeting was called to order at 4: 1 0 p. m . Present: Members Roger Van Someren and Eric Elkin . The committee discussed the proposed language and suggested changing the offense period for nuisance and criminal activity to 12 months for both and setting a fee for the violations. Mansfield will talk with the Judge about the fee and will make the suggested changes. Plan Commission kicks off Amery zoning code rewrite

The Amery Plan Commission will hold a kickoff meeting to begin a comprehensive rewrite of the city’s zoning code, which has not been updated since 2004. ✓ Decidido: City Council approves $442,740 WWTP payment and airport hangar lease

The council voted 6‑0 to approve Pay Application 18 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $442,740.25. It also approved a lease for Hangar H‑2 at the Amery Airport for Gordon Hammons, with a 6‑0 vote.
