The city has commission a master plan for redevelopment for the blue corridor, metro transit, the economic gateway. that allows for cultural art. includes parks greenery. Residents have the right to express opinions and make suggestions. The city does not own the redevelopment areas. The OED has identified 3 pathways: 1. partnership initiatives, 2. comprehensive private partnership (city will partner with PG County) (exceeds $400 million aside what is already allocated by the County - 500,000 residential units, 300,000____, creates jobs, expands the tax base, more than redevelopment, it will strengthen the community.),

Ms. French-Bell stated that the City Treasurer, Mr. Orson Carter will be going through the changes in the budget.
Mr. Carter stated that the first change is in Automated Enforcement, changing it from $7,221,712 to $7,411,054.
Mr. Carter stated that the Highway User Revenue carryover and we decreased that figure, and we made a change to miscellaneous other revenues by increasing that amount.
