PRELIMINARY   1. Welcome & Roll Call   President Teri Rhodes opened the board meeting and welcomed those present.   Members present: Jeffrey Nielsen, Allen Grunig, Kathy Christiansen, Teri Rhodes, Roger Pulsipher, Brian Chambers, and Randall Bagley.  Superintendent Todd McKee and Business Administrator Jared Black w ere also present.   Members absent: None   2.
