They will also decide on a citizen-initiated ordinance that would amend land development codes, either adopting it or sending it to voters. Additional items include an update on phasing for the Richardson Park aquatics project, final design approval for the Berthoud Arboretum at Waggener Farm Park, discussion of Mountain Avenue development height restrictions, and a potential land acquisition from Thompson School District. The Board will also hold executive sessions on the school acquisition and the referendum/initiative process.
