A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Boston was held in the Christopher A. Iannella
Chamber, City Hall on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 12:10 P.M.
President Breadon in the Chair. Present Councilors Coletta Zapata, Culpepper, FitzGerald, Flynn,
Louijeune, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, and Worrell. Absent Councilors Durkan, Mejia, and Weber.
City Clerk Alex Geourntas delivered the invocation, and the meeting was opened with the Pledge of
Allegiance.
The Chair moved to adopt the minutes from the August 5, 2026 City Council Meeting.
Motion prevailed.
