Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance The regular meeting of Brunswick City Council was called to order by Mayor
Ron Falconi at 7:03 p.m. at the Municipal Complex.
Roll Call of Members showed the following Council Members present: Nicholas Hanek, Michael Abella Jr.,
Keith Kuczma, Joseph Delsanter, Tim Smith, Kristy Piper.
Others Present: Mayor Ron Falconi, City Manager/Safety Director Carl DeForest, Law Director Dennis Nevar,
Clerk of Council Laura Timura.
Nicholas Hanek moved to excuse Brandon Lambert for just cause, seconded by Kristy Piper. Roll Call - Ayes -

Mayor Ron Falconi at 7:02 p.m. at the Municipal Complex.

Mayor Ron Falconi at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Complex.
Roll Call of Members showed the following Council Members present: Nicholas Hanek, Brandon Lambert,
Michael Abella Jr., Keith Kuczma, Joseph Delsanter, Tim Smith, Kristy Piper.

Location: Stone Creek Subdivision

Miss Lods discussed why Stone Creek HOA members were coming before the Planning
Commission and that was because they would like to eliminate part of their walking path
that was originally approved as part of their subdivision. Mr. Aungst went into further
details on how administration had met with some members of the HOA a few times so
they could explain that the walking path was in bad shape and not being maintained
anymore. It was their desire to eliminate part of the walking path and turn it into green
space. They had meetings with members of the HOA and received votes from the
residents on some different options. Mr. Arona wanted to know if they received park
credits for having this amenity. He asked Mr. Incorvaia how long those park fees would
last and Mr. Incorvaia said it’s in perpetuity which means forever. Mr. Arona was

Committee to discuss $2.5M fire truck and $242K police vehicle purchases
The Safety & Environment Committee will discuss two emergency resolutions authorizing vehicle purchases for the police and fire departments. Resolution 2-2026 would spend up to $242,000 for three Ford Explorers and one Ford Escape with police equipment. Resolution 3-2026 would spend up to $2.5 million for a new aerial tower fire truck. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance
The regular meeting of Brunswick City Council was called to order by Mayor Ron Falconi at 7:00 p.m. at the
Municipal Complex.
Roll Call of Members showed the following Council Members present: Nicholas Hanek, Brandon Lambert,
Michael Abella Jr., Keith Kuczma, Joseph Delsanter, Tim Smith, Kristy Piper.
Others Present: Mayor Ron Falconi, City Manager/Safety Director Carl DeForest, Law Director Dennis Nevar,
Clerk of Council Laura Timura.
