The Section 3 Council will approve the December meeting minutes and conduct the first reading of a revised Tree Ordinance. The meeting will also discuss housing legislation and provide updates on the Chevy Chase At Home program, the village directory, and the annual resident survey. Budget items include increases to the Grass & Trees and Community Promotion line‑items, and a discussion of webmaster compensation.
