City Council appoints Jad Lanigan as Dacono Chief of Police
The Dacono City Council will vote on Resolution 26-38 to appoint Jad Lanigan as chief of police and terminate the police advisor and interim chief agreements. Meeting. The vote was unanimous, and Chairperson Plain declared the motion carried.

80233 was sworn in by Deputy City Clerk LlannAya Arreguin, presented a brief report

Member Diebel asked about there being fewer units and fewer affordable units.

unlawfully detained him and violated his rights, and that the officer received only a written warning as a
result. He asked what actions the City intends to take and stated that the matter needs to be addressed.
Mr. Weinstein indicated that he wants the officer charged and terminated.
