It was a lot in the beginning, just because this has never been done before in the city, So those ones were quicker to get. I would say the team was tackling like 10 or 15 of those a day because, you know, we could just go to put that in the bag of trash, throw it in the back of our work trucks, sites that remain active now. So those sites, we have cameras out there, and we are actively trying to prevent those sites from ever becoming a major issue in the city again. Before any cleanup begins, Peyton says the team conducts But the real, I guess, concerned about why some of these questions are not here. Um, came up even this morning with some of the staff members, and we were going over the presentation. Um, are we willing to go to a completely cashless system? Remember, that was one of the emails that came to us. Was it two weeks ago, mayor, from a lady who wanted to be able to pay by cash. And it was like, how many of you go to any place and you pay with parking by cash? But I m not mistaken that Brian, it was a cash. It was a cash issue. Or when it came time to appeal, she had already been through the appeal process and was not happy with that. And so what tonight is and we can delay this, and we d be happy to come back with more information for council if you d like. It s really just a a recommendation on the parking operator. All of the firms, particularly p2, um, staff believes have the requisite knowledge and experience in North Carolina managing these types of systems …

So lots of different things that we would work directly with the developer, the contractors, a lot of the big companies that we re seeing, like Amazon or another blue chip, they re going to have a lot of independent consultants and engineers that are going to work with them. Uh, you know, Companies that are familiar with North Carolina regulations. Uh, we see do a lot of work to submit applications for permits, which we highly encourage. Um, we if you are able to have a direct conversation with the developer, that s one of the first things that we would say is, you know, suggest that they get somebody that knows North Carolina, that knows deq, that knows our regulations and that know our permitting staff. Um, particularly folks at the Fayetteville Regional Office, air Quality Division, or in the Raleigh Central office, if it s a higher level permit, like a title five or something like that. For a lot of engines. Um, another thing that we can see is that a lot of times people will try to take and avoidance. We call that sort of set their emissions at a cap that prevents a higher level of permitting. Sometimes you ll call that a synthetic minor. Sometimes you ll call that, uh, any number of things. But it s essentially saying, I m going to put in some scrubbers or I m going to set my hours at a limited number so I m not crossing over and emitting certain chemicals and particulate into the air that are …
