So lots of different things that we would work directly with the developer, the contractors, a lot of the big companies that we re seeing, like Amazon or another blue chip, they re going to have a lot of independent consultants and engineers that are going to work with them. Uh, you know, Companies that are familiar with North Carolina regulations. Uh, we see do a lot of work to submit applications for permits, which we highly encourage. Um, we if you are able to have a direct conversation with the developer, that s one of the first things that we would say is, you know, suggest that they get somebody that knows North Carolina, that knows deq, that knows our regulations and that know our permitting staff. Um, particularly folks at the Fayetteville Regional Office, air Quality Division, or in the Raleigh Central office, if it s a higher level permit, like a title five or something like that. For a lot of engines. Um, another thing that we can see is that a lot of times people will try to take and avoidance. We call that sort of set their emissions at a cap that prevents a higher level of permitting. Sometimes you ll call that a synthetic minor. Sometimes you ll call that, uh, any number of things. But it s essentially saying, I m going to put in some scrubbers or I m going to set my hours at a limited number so I m not crossing over and emitting certain chemicals and particulate into the air that are …
