Good evening. I'm going to call this meeting of the Finance and Personnel Committee to order. It is 6.03 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026. All members of the Finance and Personnel are in council chambers. And our first agenda item is 260545, which I'm going to move to the end of the meeting to put it with the other closed session. Do I need to vote on that? Okay, thank you. Okay, so we'll move on to new business. 26-0499, resolution approving the 2027-2031 capital improvement budget. Is there a staff presentation? Thank you, Deputy Director. Yes, thank you. Yeah, I have a short presentation prepared for this resolution. I'll just wait for Dave to share that on the meeting. Looks like we got it up. All right. So I just want to start off with kind of... reviewing the process that we've gone through for this capital improvement plan. Those get compiled and submitted to the Board of Public Works with working sessions to work through those via capital equipment budget. The Board of Public Works... recommended a budget on the March 23rd, 2026 meeting. That moved to the Council where they approved that budget on May 14th, 2026. So once the equipment's approved the project... The projects start with the department submitting requests again. After requests have been submitted, they pres …
