The City Council certified the June 2026 primary election results and adopted resolutions to implement a local transactions and use tax, including authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements with the State Board of Equalization and to examine tax records with Hinderliter, De Llamas, & Associates. The Council also approved creating Fund 38 for the Street SMART Citizen Initiative and approved a change order and supplemental appropriation for the South Jackson Lift Station. All votes were unanimous.

The Red Bluff City Council approved the 2025 Assistance to Firefighters Grant for a new fire engine, adopted resolutions to place the Treasurer and Clerk positions on the November 2026 ballot and set management salaries, and adopted MOUs with the Police Officers' Association and Police Mid-Managers Association.
