ITEMS TO BE ADDED None 2. MINUTES Minutes – February 18, 2026. Jimmy moved to approve the February 18, 2026 minutes. Tammie seconded. All in favor 5-0. 3. OLD BUSINESS Arbor Month Event & Giveaway. Senior Planner Crow shared the flyer and postcards regarding the event with the committee. The types of trees that will be given away and information about them was discussed. The committee discussed current canopy coverage and expressed excitement about the upcoming event on April 25th from 10-2. The tree planting event will happen on April 4th at 10. Chris and Leni chose a Cascara tree to plant. It is native and ornamental. Council will adopt a supplemental budget and a zone change ordinance

The City Council will consider a resolution adopting a supplemental budget for Fiscal Year 2025‑26 with appropriations. It will also consider an ordinance adopting Zone Change File No. ZC 4‑25 for 78064 S. 6th Street. Additional agenda items include an optional parking amendment, discussion of bike‑trail conditions and the BMX track project, and reports on upcoming community events.
