And the vice mayor is representing Ray Wong as a, as an alternate I think the way it works. So thank you very much for fitting us into your schedule so we can have our meeting here and consent items, and we can ask questions if we have a question. Otherwise, we know we can't deliberate unless we owe an item. So I do have a question on the second item started, but I don't want to pull it. I think it's a simple enough one in regard to Dennis, thank you very much for adding page 16 of 33 in the PDF. Dennis is a representative of PSU, US Bank. Thanks for attending. But page 16 is an attribution of. I suppose, our the city's different achievement versus the index, and it's very nice to have that in there. I wondered if as elucidating for a minute or two, …

Okay. Thank you. It is 5:00 pm on July 16th. This is the administrative hearing of the city of Cupertino. I am Luke Connolly, the acting director of Community Development, and I will begin the meeting. The first item on the agenda is the approval of the minutes from the most recent administrative hearing held on February 5th, 2026. I have reviewed the minutes and found them to accurately capture that meeting. And with that, I will approve the minutes. We can then move. There are no postponements so we can move to the oral communications portion of the meeting. Oral communications is reserved for people who would like to speak for an item that is not on the agenda this evening. There is nobody present remotely wishing to speak on this or communications.
