CRA board to decide on fence design for downtown pedestrian alley project

The Community Redevelopment Agency will discuss and provide direction on fencing designs for the Phase 2A and 2B pedestrian alley project. Staff recommends an art-installation fence for the western portion and a white vinyl fence for the eastern portion, but the RAC has proposed alternatives. RAC reviews update on converting Madill Avenue to a pedestrian alley near 7th Street.
