CRA board to decide on fence design for downtown pedestrian alley project
The Community Redevelopment Agency will discuss and provide direction on fencing designs for the Phase 2A and 2B pedestrian alley project. Staff recommends an art-installation fence for the western portion and a white vinyl fence for the eastern portion, but the RAC has proposed alternatives. The board will also review minutes from the July 14 meeting and consider any other business.

RAC reviews update on converting Madill Avenue to a pedestrian alley near 7th Street.
The Redevelopment Advisory Committee will receive an informational update and provide feedback on the Pedestrian Alley Phase 2A and 2B project in downtown Dade City. Staff plans to convert Madill Avenue into a pedestrian pathway featuring brick walkways, archways, string lights, benches, and an art fence near 7th Street. Funding for the improvements is already set aside in the city budget, though final cost estimates from TECO and Pasco Hernando State College are still being finalized.
