Recognize Officer Taylor Emmell with the Lifesaving Award Presenter: Philip Geiger, Police Chief Summary: On November 30, 2025, Officer Taylor Emmell responded to an eighteen-year-old in cardiac arrest. Due to her courage and quick thinking, Officer Emmell was able to provide lifesaving measures to the patient, and he was transported to the hospital for further medical care. c.
