The Duncanville City Council will hold a work session briefing on a proposed development at 918 E. Highway 67, including a potential sales tax sharing agreement. During the regular session, the council will conduct public hearings on a Specific Use Permit for Costco Wholesale to add fuel pumps at 250 W. Highway 67, a zoning change for a property at 810 W. TIF Board to discuss consultant panel for project plan update

The Duncanville Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Board will hold a regular meeting to discuss establishing a Consultant Selection Committee for updating the Project Plan and Financing Plan for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1. The board will also consider setting a regular meeting schedule. A briefing on business and development activity within the TIRZ is planned.
