Just excited to be on the commission, you know, during my time here, hope to not only preserve our ag and timberlands, but help those. Two industries thrive and reach a level that I think we all know they're capable of reaching, so thank you. Excellent. Thank you, Derek. Welcome. Uh, okay, let's get on to item number two, adoption of the agenda and consent calendar. We're gonna go with item number 1, because we do not have an official to share. Yeah, details. And I would like to invite Pastor Chris Scott to please join us for today's invocation. Good morning. Morning, Chair. Good morning, Board. I see that we've got a monitor here now. So for those of us who are comfortable seeing ourselves, that's great. But for those of us who are not, this is an anxiety inducer, so I will be praying with my eyeballs closed today for sure. Please join me in prayer this morning. Lord, thank you for this opportunity for us to gather, for us to put the concerns. And the decisions that are necessary to continue to keep loving and caring for the people and the land that is within El Dorado County here today. We consecrate today's Board of Supervisors meeting to you. We pray that you would bless it, give us all the wisdom and discernment we need in order to walk with you through it, and we pray that you continue to bless not only those making the decisions today, but the people who will be impacted by those decisions. And everything that comes out of today's meeting. Thank you for this time, thank you for this opportunity, and for everyone here in attendance today. It's in your name that we pray. Amen. Amen. Thank you, Pastor. Supervisor Turnbull, would you please lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance? Ready? Again. I pledge allegia …

WE ARE IN SESSION AT PRECISELY 3 IN THE AFTERNOON. AND WE HAVE AN AGENDA. DO WE FIRST INVITE THE PUBLIC FOR TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OPEN SESSION OR SHOULD WE? WE WOULD FIRST DO THE CONSENT CALENDAR. OKAY. SO WE'LL GO IN ORDER. SO WE'LL DO THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND YOU WILL NOTICE THAT I ONLY PUT THE LAST MONTH'S MEETING MINUTES ON THERE, SO THAT WAY THEY CAN STILL BE VOTED ON. MOVE DOWN TO THE OTHER PREVIOUS MEETINGS WHEN IT'S IN THE AGENDA ITEMS, AND THEN AFTER CONSENT CALENDAR, WE CAN MOVE DOWN. THIS IS THE ONLY ITEM ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR IS MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING WE DON'T HAVE A QUORUM TO ADOPT THOSE MINUTES YET. YOU ACTUALLY DO, BECAUSE YOU HAVE A MAJORITY. OKAY. SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY ADOPT THESE MINUTES. THE PROBLEM WOULD BE IF WE GET TO THE AGENDA ITEM WITH JANUARY'S MINUTES, WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO VOTE ON THOSE, BECAUSE YOU WOULDN'T HAVE A QUORUM FOR JANUARY'S MINUTES. IF THAT MAKES SENSE. I GUESS I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BECAUSE SHE WASN'T HERE LAST MONTH, BUT WE WERE JANUARY. BUT JANUARY, THE THING ABOUT JANUARY WAS BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT SERVING ON THE COMMISSION FOR JANUARY'S MEETING MINUTES, SO YOU COULDN'T VOTE ON THE MEETING MINUTES FOR JANUARY WHICH IS WHY WE… AND WE ONLY HAD 2 OTHER COMMISSIONERS HERE, SO THEY COULDN'T VOTE TO APPROVE THE MINUTES, BECAUSE THAT WAS ONLY 2 OF THE 5 OKAY, IT'S BECAUSE SHE WASN'T A COMMISSION MEMBER YET. RIGHT. GOT IT, OKAY. NOT JUST BECAUSE, YE …

Ella nunca... Ella... Sí, eso es lo que oí. ¿Cómo estás, Jeff? Lo tengo. Kavani me llamó. Oh, bien. Eso es bueno. Genial. Hemos estado creando. Te quiero. Sí. Si ella me quiere allí, entonces estaré allí.
