Chamber, City Hall,
Council President Grova announced that this regular meeting is listed in the
“annual notice” as defined by Chapter 321, P.P. 1975 and that copies of the “annual
notices” have been mailed or delivered to the Star Ledger, Home News Tribune, and
posted and filed in the City Clerk’s Office in compliance with the terms of the Open
Public Meetings Law, Chap. 231, P.L. 1975 on December 23, 2025.
PRESENT: Council Members at Large: Frank Cuesta, Patricia Perkins Auguste,
Council Members: Carlos Torres, 1st Ward, Nelson Gonzalez, 2" Ward; Kevin Kiniery,
