The purpose of today's hearing is to receive testimony, consider evidence, and determine whether a violation of the Code of Ethics has occurred. City Council has not reached any conclusions before tonight 's hearing. Council members will consider only the evidence presented during these proceedings together with governing law. All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. All participants shall comply with the City's rules of decorum and conduct for public hearings and citizen comments, which are available for review on the City's website. The City will not tolerate unruly behavior, intimidation, disparaging, or inflammatory remarks, or other attacks or insults not relevant to policy issues or other official business within the City's jurisdiction or authority. Let me add, I want to make sure that everyone knows that we intend to run this public hearing as orderly as possible. After the public comment portion of this meeting, the main part of the meeting will be for the City Council. It will be the Council's time to ask questions and discuss the allegations. Thank you all again for your service. Up next, we'll discuss regular agenda items. That takes us to item C1. Consider approval of the July 13, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes and take appropriate action. Commissioners, any errors, typos, issues? All right. Seeing none, we will move on to our regular agenda item D1. Conduct a public hearing and consider a request to amend plan development district number 18 to allow for multifamily and single family dwelling units on approximately 6.1 acres located at 12150 Medical Parkway and take appropriate action. And commissioners, just a note, we do have a letter in front of us that was introduced. So just to consider that in addition to your packet as we may bring this up or discuss. If you have any questions for staff during our study session. Any questions, things to discuss during study session? Just clarification on the mechanics of when we come to voting on. Did we go through all the machinations of it or do we just have som …

Saben, celebro la libertad de elección religiosa de todos y siento que todos debemos proteger eso. Sin embargo, lo que me preocupa es que la gente podría entend …
