The purpose of today's hearing is to receive testimony, consider evidence, and determine whether a violation of the Code of Ethics has occurred. City Council has not reached any conclusions before tonight 's hearing. Council members will consider only the evidence presented during these proceedings together with governing law. All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. All participants shall comply with the City's rules of decorum and conduct for public hearings and citizen comments, which are available for review on the City's website. The City will not tolerate unruly behavior, intimidation, disparaging, or inflammatory remarks, or other attacks or insults not relevant to policy issues or other official business within the City's jurisdiction or authority. Let me add, I want to make sure that everyone knows that we intend to run this public hearing as orderly as possible. Study Session Meeting to be held at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers
Additionally, the agenda packet is available for download from the City’s web site at
www.farmersbranchtx.gov. This download may be accessed from any computer with Internet
access.
Any individual who wishes to speak on an agenda item should fill out a Registration Form for
Appearance before the Planning and Zoning Commission (white card located in the back of the
Council Chambers) and submit the completed card to The Chair member prior to the start of the
meeting.
