The Fort Dodge City Council will consider and vote on a resolution that authorizes the mayor, city manager, and other officials to issue a Notice of Forfeiture to MandM, LLC for default under a real‑estate installment contract dated May 31 2025 (amended August 18 2025). The contract concerns Lot 9 in the Corridor Plaza Plat 3 area of Fort Dodge. If adopted, the resolution directs the city to enforce its rights, including recovery of possession of the property, under Iowa Code Chapter 656.
