City Council to adopt ordinance adding SB 9 two‑unit and urban lot split rules
The Fountain Valley City Council will consider a consent calendar of eight routine items and several separate actions. Key decisions include adopting a code amendment that adds SB 9 two‑unit development and urban lot‑split provisions, approving a fire protection and EMS agreement with the Orange County Fire Authority, and authorizing other contracts and resolutions.
