Council to consider rezoning for 1.67 acres and a short-term rental ordinance
The Draper City Council will hold a business session at 7:00 PM to consider two public hearings: a zoning map amendment for 1.67 acres at 12430 S. 700 East, and a resolution authorizing eminent domain for the Lone Peak Parkway project. The council will also take a final action vote on Ordinance #1721, which amends the city code regarding short-term rentals.
