The Ivins City Council will hold a public hearing and consider approving a zone amendment for Sage Villas Phase 2, Units 36-43, changing about .81 acres from Residential Townhouse (R-TH) to Residential Multi-Family (R-M). The council will also discuss and potentially approve a corrected fee schedule, spending budgeted funds on landscaping at Hamblin Parkway Roundabout, and awarding a contract for the Public Works Yard West Parking Addition Project on 200 West.
