PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Commission to hear re-subdivision, special exceptions, and drive-thru proposals

Middletown board to review YMCA redesign, two Washington St. demolitions
The Design Review and Preservation Board will hold a regular meeting with public comment and review of several site plan and special exception applications. Items include a new carport/shed, exterior changes to the YMCA, and two demolitions with new commercial construction on Washington Street. The board will also approve minutes from the June 10, 2026 meeting.
