Roll Call Council met in regular session with Mayor Ryan Grubbs presiding. HARRISON OHIO CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES January 20, 2026 Prior to roll call, Mayor Ryan Grubbs offered the invocation. The Pledge of Allegiance was said. Roll Call Council met in regular session with Mayor Ryan Grubbs presiding. Members present included Mr. William Neyer, Mr. Tony Egner, Mr. Edward Whitt, Mr. Tanner Dole, Mr. Ryan Samuels, Mrs. Patty Van Cleve, and Mrs. Jean Wilson. Motion made by Mr. Egner, seconded by Mr. Neyer, to approve the council meeting minutes from January 6, 2026. Roll Call: All Yea Presentations a. Mayor Ryan Grubbs swore in new police officer Tyler A. Ballauer b. The American Legion presented a check to Harrison Boys Golf Team in the amount of $1500.00, and presented a check in the amount of $1500.00 to Harrison Junior Baseball c. Joe Sierra spoke on behalf of Fretboard Brewing, the Harrison Chamber Commerce Member of the Month. Business a.
