The council will adopt a resolution amending a professional services agreement with Myriad Engineering, Inc. for additional design services on the Brown Street Sewer and Water Replacement Project, not to exceed $43,956. It will also approve the February 2026 Monthly Investment Report and Disbursement Report, adopt a salary schedule for full‑time city employees, and support the SMART Initiative measure on the June 2 ballot. Additionally, the council will reject all bids for the Grove Street Underground Conversion Project (Project EL005).

The Healdsburg City Council will vote on two ordinances that amend the municipal code to implement state housing laws SB9 and SB684/1123. A resolution will amend the traffic signal maintenance contract with DC Electric Group, Inc., raising the ceiling to $75,000. Additional resolutions will accept the Dry Creek Water Treatment Plant upgrades as complete and set new map‑fee amounts for SB684/1123 implementation.

Council to consider SB9 housing ordinance and related land‑use code changes
The Healdsburg City Council will hold a public hearing to introduce, by title only, an ordinance amending the municipal code for SB9 housing development. A second ordinance will be introduced to update the Small Lot Subdivisions provisions to implement SB 684 and SB 1123. The Council will also vote on contract awards for the Municipal Airport Hangar roof ($62,450) and the March Avenue Reconstruction project ($2,427,215.15) with a $700,000 cooperative funding agreement. Additionally, a resolution will amend the Patrick Clark Consulting negotiation services agreement, raising the not‑to‑exceed amount to $200,000.
