Council will vote on ordinances to sell surplus city property on East Main and Moore Streets

The Lake City City Council will consider several legislative items. This includes adopting a revised employee handbook, authorizing the purchase of pickup trucks, and adopting a revised 2026 holiday calendar. The council will also hold second‑reading votes on three ordinances that would declare surplus real‑property and authorize its sale, including parcels at 106 East Main Street and at 582 and 588 Moore Street.
