Thank you. Amen. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation , under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Amen. Good evening, Mayor, good evening, council members. Good to see you all for a good reason. Very busy at the Humane Society. We have construction going on. We are expanding the clinic, making it even larger with L ANGS closing down. We have taken on a lot more at our clinic. We are offering emergency hours. This community asked for emergency hours. We stayed open until 8 o'clock at night. For two and a half months, we've been open until 8 o'clock at night. Nobody shows up after 6.45. And I'm paying two doctors and six techs. So we are going to be changing our hours, offering five nights a week until 6 o'clock emergency care. Emergency care also isn't when they can't get into their own vets for an appointment. They come in to us for emergency care. That's not emergency care. So we are changing things up to help the community, but we 're not going to have our doctors working 12 hours and people not showing up. It's not feasible money-wise, or it's just not fair to do that. So as I say, we're changing things around, but all is good. We are not turning away any emergencies during the day whatsoever, whatever clinic they come from, real emergencies. Okay? Any questions? No? Thank you, Patty, and thank you for taking care of our free friends. Thank you so much. Thank you for being here. …

Tuesday, July 28th, 2026 at 5 30 p.m. If you please join me in a moment of silence, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Brandon Bowers with the Lake Havasu Museum of History. And then after the Pledge of Allegiance, we're going to have Sophia Marie and Cadence from the Girl Scout Troop 18 92 say a few words. It took a moment of privilege to allow that because they need to get to the high school for open night. So please join me in a moment of silence. Thank you. Mr. Bowers? But tonight I'm coming to you as the board president for the Lake Havasu Museum of History. With me is Michael Aria. He is a longtime volunteer. Does a lot of our collections at the museum. Deals with all of the photo archives and all that history. If you want to look something up, you would go to Michael first. But just here because we wanted to remind people that we're here and what we do in the community. As many of you know, our museum has navigated some very difficult financial waters in the last few years. I'm here to tell you there is an exciting and secure future ahead. We have built over the past few months. We've bee …

Thank you. And Mr. Pedroza, if you'd like to leave us in the pledge. Veterans, ten, hut! And salute. A pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Two. At the VFW, I brought sheets. We offer free assistance to veterans with claims against the VA, which is quite common. We also lobby Congress for health benefits for veterans. We support the local community as the honor guard. And we also offer financial support to veterans that are in need. And the honor guard, we do final services for veterans. But we also do other things like flag presentations for golf tournaments, auto shows. We've done, we've honored veterans on their birthdays when they turn 100. We do flag folding in retirement homes for Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Flag Day, where we go up and salute the veterans. And we do a flag folding. And then I describe what each fold means. And that's about it. You should keep it short. I tried. Thank you so much. And I think you're being very humble for what the VFW does. You've seen us. Yes. Band of Brothers, presenten esperanza.
