Thank you. I'll try to figure it out. I guess I'll try to log in maybe with the phone. I'm sorry about that. I'm here though. Anina, I was just going to let you know that it didn't look like your camera was working, but if you can't get it figured out, I would prefer that you stay in the meeting. Yeah. Okay. I'm going to try my best. I'm going to stay with the voice right now. Okay. Perfect. Thank you. Thanks for the heads up, Anina. And I do believe I saw, oh, here's Rafiq. So Rafiq, Commissioner Assad, and Commissioner McLean are the last two for quorum. And let's see. Is David, yeah, David has joined us. Okay. So we do have quorum. Excellent. Well, we'll go ahead and get started then. Jessica, Claire, it's good to have you back. So welcome everyone. Today's our August 19th edition of the Urban Design Commission. Jess, if you could please note the roll. Our first order of business is approval of our previous meeting minutes from July 29th. Do we have a motion for approval of those minutes? Motion by Anina. And seconded by Rafiq. Okay. If there's no other hands or no other discussion, then by unanimous consent, those previous meeting minutes are approved. Next up is agenda item number one, which is our general public comment. Just need to make a quick check here, but I don't think we had. We did not have anyone registered for agenda item number one, so we'll keep moving. And that will bring us to Jess with our agenda overview. Absolutely. And with great pleasure. Thank you, …

Good evening, everyone. Welcome to the August 3rd, 2026 meeting of the Madison Landmarks Commission. I'm going to hand it over to Julie to talk us through processes and procedures for today's meeting. Thank you, Chair. Good afternoon, everyone. Commission members, please use your video if you're able so we can ensure we have quorum. If you wish to speak, remember to use the raise hand feature. Also use the raise hand feature to make a motion or a second. Voting will be considered unanimous. To members of the public who have registered to speak, the name you entered in Zoom must match the name you entered in registration. You will remain muted until called upon. You will have three minutes to speak and staff will let you know when your time is up. Please do not use your video. If you turn on your video, it will be turned off. Chair, the floor is yours. Hi, and I do just want to take this time before we get into our agenda to state that, as Julie said, please enter this meeting with the name that you registered to comment in. If you did not, please leave and come back in and change that name so that we know who to unmute when we are taking public comments. With that, we will move to the approval of the minutes for the meeting from July 20, 2026. Is there a motion? Thank you, Molly. Is there a second? Thank you, Edna. I will move on …
