The Marietta City Council will hold public hearings and vote on four rezoning requests, including a data infrastructure facility at 1155 Powers Ferry Place, a single-family residence at 407 Atlanta Street, increased density at 373 & 385 Lawrence Street, and light industrial zoning at 1541 Owenby Drive and 532 Dickson Road. The council will also consider annexation, code amendment, and several resolutions and motions, including easement acquisitions and settlements.
