Paul Tucker spoke, he states he would like clarification on how the water bill is calculated.
Mayor Poore explained Interim City Administrator Xavier Millan will contact Mr. Tucker
tomorrow to explain it to him.

Poore stated there is a public comments section in the public hearing were he advised
them to speak there.

The meeting was called to order @5:30PM
MDD members Recker, Oates, Hyland, Gilbert and Oates were present, Farmer were
absent.
2. Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance and Pledge of Texas Flag
Recker lead the prayer, as well as the pledge.
3. Citizens To Be Heard
There were no Citizens to be heard.
4. Consent Agenda

A. Discussion regarding the 2025 fall and winter events
Executive Director Felicia Carvajal went over the 2025 fall and winter events.
The Hometown Hoedown was a great event, everyone loved the music. There was 6
food vendors as well as 12 market vendors. There were around 700 attendees.
Christmas downtown and the Christmas parade were another great event, there were
around 2100 attendees. We have received a lot of good feedback about having it
down town this year. We will be looking into creating a city float for next year.
