The Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee met on July 8, 2026, and forwarded several items to the full Commission with favorable recommendations, including a ground lease for 1940 Park Avenue (The Barclay), a sponsorship agreement for Muscle Beach in North Beach, and an extension of the Lincoln Road outdoor concession fee abatement program. The committee also recommended expanding the PAVE Mobility agreement, amending the PADL, LLC agreement, and approving policy direction on boards and committees.
