Chief Piuri approached council and presented a memorandum to former Mayor John Anotline, who was present to receive his memorandum. Chief read the memorandum out loud which explained appreciation and thanks for a job well done over John Antoline’s term as Mayor with the police department. Adopt Borough Manager’s two‑year contract with $98,000 annual salary

The Monaca Borough Council will swear in newly elected officials and elect council officers. It will reappoint members to several boards and consider a series of motions, including a police pension plan, a contract with the Beaver County Humane Society, a $70,182.80 streetscape payment, and salary authorizations for key staff. The council will also authorize engineering data use for wastewater reporting.
