The Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the City of Mount Vernon Industrial
Development Agency (“Agency”) was held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM, in the
Mayor’s Conference Room, City Hall, 1 Roosevelt Square, Mount Vernon, New York 10550 and

Approval of Minutes
Minutes of the March 12, 2026 meeting were reviewed.
Motin by B. Johnson, seconded by S. Vanderpool, the minutes were approved. D. Morton
abstained.
Financial Report
D. Morton reported there is not much activity at this time.
To date, MVIDA has collected $1,034,000 toward first half PILOT payments. The IDA has
