Council to approve interlocal agreement with Collin County for road improvements

The Murphy City Council will consider several consent‑agenda items, including approval of an interlocal agreement with Collin County for future road improvements adjacent to the city. It will also vote on a resolution to reject all bids for the Sidewalk T‑2.1 (FM 544 Pedestrian Bridge) project, reallocate $98,650 of utility construction funds, and amend the FY26 budget ordinance.
