NORRISTOWN MUNICIPALITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES JUNE 16, 2026 The Council Work Session of Tuesday, June 16, 2026, was called to order by Council Vice President, Dustin Queenan, at 6:30 PM in Municipal Hall Chambers, 235 East Airy Street, Norristown, PA. There was a Moment of Silence followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. The following Council members were in attendance: William McCoy Mydera Robinson Natalie Colson Jasmine Griffen David McMahon Dustin Queenan Also in attendance were: Jayne Musonye, Interim Municipal Administrator; Patrick Hitchens, Acting Municipal Solicitor; Vincent Poppa, Interim Director of Planning and Municipal Development; Kathy Pfister, Director of Finance; Amanda Ciarlante, Deputy Director of Finance; Norristown Police Chief Trail; Sean Chin, Officer of Special Projects and Interagency Affairs; Keith Gordon, Code Enforcement Manager; Thomas O’Donnell, Norristown Fire Chief; Ted Dymtryk, Pennoni Engineering. EXECUTIVE SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT Council Vice President Queenan announced that Council met in Executive Session prior to the Council Meeting to discuss Personnel issues, Litigation and Public Safety issues. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Councilwoman Griffen announced the “Life U Young Scholars Program Summer Camp” at Roosevelt from 11 am to 3 pm on July 6th through 9th, July 13th through 16th and July 20th through 23rd.
