A quorum was present. Approval of Minutes from April 20, 2026 The Commission reviewed the April 20, 2026 meeting minutes. Several corrections were noted, including changing “community aggregation” to “community energy aggregation,” separating EC members from guests in the attendee list, correcting the meeting start time to 7:30 PM, and correcting the spelling of Monica Carlson’s name. A motion was made by Joann Held to approve the minutes with the noted corrections. The motion was seconded by Nell Haughton. The minutes were approved with corrections. Council appoints officials and adopts multiple 2026 resolutions

Ordinance 2026-1 to increase Pennington water and sewer rates introduced

The Pennington Borough Council will consider three ordinances, including a water and sewer rate increase, a message‑board use ordinance, and a change to fire‑code enforcement agencies.
