The Rolling Hills Estates City Council is holding a special meeting with two new business items. The Council will consider adopting Resolution No. 2640 to cancel the November 3, 2026 general municipal election and appoint Britt Huff and Lisa Van Ingen Pope to four-year terms. The Council will also discuss proposed wildfire liability reforms and consider directing staff to express opposition to the Governor's proposal by joining the Cal Cities Local Government Sign-On Letter.
