Westmoor Pool – Closed for the season on Friday, August 7th. Drained the pool on
Monday, August 10th. Clean up went great and they were done on Saturday early
afternoon. 17,649 people attended the pool this summer. Not sure how it compares to
previous year, will do more research. Hail damage repairs, just heard back from
insurance and will go through everything and repairs will be made as soon as it fits
with schedules at …

Scottsbluff Civil Service Commission to certify police officer list and set test dates

Introduced Jordan Leis, Cemetery Supervisor to the Board. Jordan will provide an
update on what is happening at the Cemetery and future plans.
18th Street Plaza – Four Hypar Umbrella shades have been installed, Ferguson Signs
helped with the installation. Bathrooms bids came back, only received one at
$952,000, so alternative/other option are being looked into.

Civil Service Commission to approve May meeting minutes and consider police officer eligibility changes
The Scottsbluff Civil Service Commission will hold a regular meeting to approve minutes from the May 12, 2026 meeting and review reports from the Police Chief. The Commission will also consider a request to set a test date for Police Officer positions and a removal from the eligible list.
