Council to vote on Skyline pedestrian skybridge over 8th Avenue in First Hill
The Transportation, Waterfront, and Seattle Center Committee will consider two items: an ordinance granting FH, LLC (Skyline) a permit to build a pedestrian skybridge over 8th Avenue in First Hill, and a petition to vacate a portion of an alley at 8623 Palatine Ave N. Both are scheduled for briefing, discussion, and possible vote.
- Ordinance CB 1212421 granting Skyline permission to construct and maintain a pedestrian skybridge over 8th Avenue, south of Columbia St and north of Cherry St in First Hill
- Petition CF 3145302 by THE YEW, LLC to vacate a portion of the alley in Block 2, Wegener’s Addition, bounded by N 87th St, 1st Ave NW, Palatine Ave N, and N 85th St at 8623 Palatine Ave N
