MEETING MINUTES
The scheduled meeting of the Human Resources Board was called to order by Chairman Alvin Moore on
Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 1:34 pm in the Human Resources Conference Room on the fifth floor of
Government Plaza. The attendance was as follows:

Approval of Minutes
Ms. Coretta Kimble made a motion to approve the minutes from November 12, 2025. Ms. Lindyell
Mcintyer-Williams seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.

Mr. Sokou Thomas stated that the issue he wanted to address was not on the agenda and wanted to
explain that his department has been trying to be added to the agenda to discuss standby time, as they
are on emergency call 24 hours a day, but are not being compensated in the same manner as other
departments; emphasizing the importance of ensuring consisten
