All of our sessions received very high ratings in terms of usefulness . As I mentioned, one session was scheduled to be split, but all sessions received an excellent or good rating in terms of usability. It has already received an excellent or good rating in terms of presenter clarity and opportunities for questions. In addition, we measured the confidence of community leaders before and after the meeting. As you can see from the results , community leaders showed a significant increase in confidence in understanding city policies and procedures . This is exactly the result we wanted . Our goal was to enable citizens to receive more education , gain a better understanding, and develop greater confidence in their ability to lead and manage the local community through these activities . Overall, this is just a few details regarding the proceedings of the meeting . Most items received an excellent or good rating. As you can see, time management is one of the areas we need to improve. There were a total of 7 stations, each lasting 25 minutes, but a minor problem occurred where the event hall elevator broke down . Because of that, travel time and other factors were slightly delayed . Although it was a problem that occurred at the last moment, we will make preparations to ensure that such a problem does not happen next time .
