Assessment Board of Review

The South Kingstown Assessment Board of Review will hold a regular session to hear new and continued appeals on property assessments. Seven appeals from previous meetings will be continued, including properties on RC BCH, BCH MDW, Inglenook Lane, and Turner Cove Way. Recreation Commission

Technical Review Committee (TRC)

The Technical Review Committee will consider a major subdivision project for redevelopment at 23 Rockland Drive, with a combined master and preliminary plan review. The committee will also vote to approve minutes from previous meetings held in May, August, September, and October 2025.
